YOGA/ PILATES

Yin Yoga (75 min.)
This class is practiced in a warm space & is a counterbalance to the more dynamic & active (yang) styles of yoga. Each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow & safe opening of connective tissues (primarily the hips, pelvis, and lower spine) leaving you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness & peace. *Walk-ins are welcome.

Detox Yoga & Pilates (1 hr.)
With heat, breath and movement, this series of yoga & Pilates postures are designed to detoxify, build strength, focus & flexibility in the body. First part of the class focuses on movement through a series of standing postures and the latter portion works the core & opening of the spine & hips. *Walk-ins are welcome.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Series (1hr.)
Designed for pregnant women, mothers & newborns, this class consists of stretches, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Stimulates the reproductive organs to ensure a relatively easy childbirth, ensures optimum blood supply and nutrients to the developing fetus. There is also focus on postures that help restore alignment and tone, providing relief from lifting, carrying, and nursing. *Partners are welcome!

Core Pilates Mat (1hr.)
GET YOUR CORE INTO SHAPE FOR FALL!
Make yourself accountable for taking care of your body and spirit. Get ready for major results and transformation with the Core Pilates Mat Series that will deliver high intensity Core Conditioning with classical Pilates Mat work. With flow & precision, this class is uniquely designed to toughen the core, sharpen balance & strengthen and stretch the entire body. Challenging & results-oriented, this series will be a progressive mat class that builds on prior classes to create growth and greater strength and stability with each class. *Walk-ins are welcome.

Baby YoPilates (45 min.)
Fun, supportive movements that build strength and recovery for moms while encouraging trust and bonding between mother and child. This is an amazing workout for moms & a fun playful experience for the little ones. Babies aged 6 weeks - 1 year.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE

Fall Outdoor Adventure Challenge (1 hr.)
Be Adventurous this Fall and get into Amazing Shape!

10 boot camp style sessions of Kayaking, Biking, Climbing, Running, Yoga, Pilates & Swimming. We will meet at various locations in the Charleston area such as Hampton Park, Folly Beach, The Turning Leaf Studio, James Island County Park, Ravenel Bridge etc. . A schedule with locations & descriptions will be given to you before the start of the Adventure Challenge. You are not required to bring anything except for water & extra layers of clothing for warmth. You will keep a journal of your daily exercises & the foods that you are eating while participating in the program & will be required to bring your journal every Tuesday morning.
Cost: $175 and includes all rental fees.

SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) Yoga/Pilates (1 hr.)
Enjoy the salty air and water atop a Stand Up Paddleboard! We will meet on Sullivan’s Island at Station 30 every Wednesday at different times based on the tide and practice yoga & Pilates on a Paddleboard. It is truly one of the most amazing & invigorating workouts!
Cost: $40 and includes all rental fees.
